"Not the most welcoming visit"
I stopped in thinking it would be a nice little shopping experience, but the staff just seemed kind of uninterested. They weren’t rude or anything, at least not outright, but they also didn’t really come across as friendly or helpful. I felt a bit awkward asking questions, so I’m sure I ended up leaving sooner than I normally would have.

I paid for same-day delivery and ended up waiting around all evening for nothing. There wasn’t even a clear update to let me know what was going on. Maybe I just had a bad experience, but if this is how their delivery service usually works, I wouldn’t trust it again.

"Delivery came a day late, which was frustrating"
I ordered flowers for a birthday and specifically paid to have them delivered on the right day. Unfortunately, they arrived the next day instead. The flowers themselves were fine, and the little bunch looked okay when it finally arrived, but it was still disappointing because the date was the whole point. I’m not sure I’d take the chance again.

"Wrong size sent, kind of a hassle"
I ordered one size and got another, which was annoying. I kind of assumed it would be an easy fix—wrong item, quick swap, done, but support took longer than expected to sort it out. Not the worst experience, just more hassle than it needed to be.

Pretty disappointed. The plant showed up looking tired right out of the box. A few leaves were damaged, some dry bits already there. Just not something I would’ve chosen if I’d seen it in a shop. For the price, I expected better. I tried to help it bounce back, but it didn’t really seem healthy from the start.

I was really hoping for a nice selection of seasonal flowers, but there just wasn’t much to choose from. After waiting around longer than expected, it felt even more disappointing, to be honest.

I didn’t have a great time with this. The site itself was okay, I guess, but the whole experience just felt off and kind of all over the place. I can’t even point to one single thing, it just left a bad impression. I expected it to be better and ended up feeling like I should’ve gone somewhere else. Probably wouldn’t use it again

At first glance the styling looked nice, but overall it felt a little rushed. A few of the flowers already looked kind of tired by the time the event started, which was disappointing 😕

The flowers were actually really nice, but the arrangement looked a bit uneven, like it was put together in a rush. Not terrible at all, just not as neat as I was expecitng.

"Frustrating subscription experience"
I signed up thinking it would be simple, and at first I was kind of hopeful, but quickly I started regretting it. Cancelling felt way more awkward than it needed to be, which annoyed me, and then I kept getting emails afterward, which made it even more frustrating. I did reach out to support, hoping they’d sort it out, but the replies were slow, so that was disappointing too. Maybe it works for other people, but for me, it just wasn’t worth it and I wouldn’t use it again

"Decent site, but felt a little clunky"
I had a look around and it mostly worked fine, but a few pages felt a bit slow and it wasn’t always super easy to find what I was looking for. It’s not bad at all, just feels like it could be smoother. Curious if other people found it a little clunky too or if it was just me.

"Felt let down by how quickly they wilted"
I was gutted with these flowers. They looked lovely when they first arrived, so I really thought I’d finally treated myself to something nice, but by the next day some were already drooping. After about 3 days, most of them looked like they were ready to be thrown out. For what I paid, I feel like I got a bit unlucky or short-changed here. I expected them to last much longer and it just felt disappointing.

The flowers looked nice at first, but by the time the ceremony started, some of the blooms were already bruised and a bit wilted. For other couples planning their wedding, I’d just say to double-check the freshness and timing so everything still looks its best when it really matters...

"Not exactly blown away by the customer service"
I had a delivery issue with Rebel Rebel last week and got in touch thinking it would be a straightforward thing to sort out. Silly me, apparently.
The replies were slow and not especially helpful, and it felt like nobody was in any real rush to deal with it. I had to chase more than once, which is always a fun way to spend your time, and still didn’t get a clear answer.
I wouldn’t be in a hurry to use them again unless their customer service improves. The whole thing was frustrating, and for a company dealing with customers, you’d think replying properly would be fairly high on the list.

"Nice vibe, but kind of cramped"
The shop had a relaxed feel and the staff were nice enough. It was just a little too crowded, so trying to browse around felt like it only works when it wants to. Not a bad experience, just not super easy to enjoy properly.

I was really upset when these showed up. They already looked kind of tired, and by the next day some of the flowers were drooping and turning brown. For the price, I expected something fresh and beautiful, so this was a disappointing experience...

I ordered a bouquet from Rebel Rebel Flowers and, to be honest, I wasn’t impressed. The colours just didn’t really work together, and it looked a bit rushed, not like the photos at all. I don’t expect perfection, but for the price I really don’t have much patience for something that looks this random.
Some of the flowers were nice individually, but as a bouquet it felt messy and uneven. Delivery was fine, so no issue there, but the overall look was disappointing and I expected it to be styled much better.

The flowers themselves were lovely, so no complaints there. The annoying part was the delivery area — my friend was just outside the postcode they cover, so it kind of feels like the service works when it wants to. I’d probably use them again, but only if the postcode actually goes through.

"Too pricey for what it is"
I just didn’t feel like it was worth the cost. It’s way too expensive. I expected more for the money
